Queen of the Protectors

Florencia is one of five Queens that rule a piece of territory together after the whole world feel apart. Technically her faction is the militia but she made a point when they started out to call her faction the Protectors. They aren't to police the other factions, but protect them all from outside dangers.

She is 27, and most level headed of the five Queens. She is the strategist, and despite being well versed in different weapons, (and having killed before) she is the most against killing, and sees it as only a last resort. Florencia is the shortest of the Queens, but also very curvy, though having a fondness for over-sized clothes often hides that and makes her seem even smaller then she really is. This is very calculated, since it often caused those who didn't know her to underestimate her and see her as less of a threat.

When the Queens settled down in their what is now their territory, they made a point to make sure none of the factions (each Queen is in charge of overseeing each faction) are too separate from each other. Factions, only represent what jobs you take, but they all mingle. The Queens are all friends, and everyone in their kingdom is there by choice. Factions are also, by choice, and can be changed as they feel.

Her faction is trained in various weapons, and guards the boarders of their kingdom. When on duty and armed they are required to travel in groups of at least 3. On duty groups rotate partners and their areas of protection. This way the groups don't form cliques, and form "us vs them" mentalities about other members of their faction, as well as the other factions. Some duties require "solitude" Such as guarding the food/supplies means basically hanging out with your current group and BSing, but watching over the farms means keeping an eye out for outsiders as well as wild animals that may harm them. The only Protectors that have a set duty are the Queens Protectors. (There are still a few rotating groups within that duty). It has nothing to do with status, or skill, but whether the Queens can trust them to do what they ask, no matter what. It usually means more like, won't shoot an outsider for insulting the Queens and being able to have restraint.
Since they are also the faction that moves between the other factions the most (and actually not needing to use their weapons the majority of the time) they are sometimes called the the Gossip Faction. Jokingly and with good humor.
